What is Hypnosis?

Most people wouldn't believe that they go naturally into a hypnotic state, until I explain that hypnosis is just like day-dreaming and everyone can relate  to doing this regularly, possibly everyday.

Even people who say they never do, actually go through a state of hypnosis twice a day, upon waking in the morning and again before sleep at night. It can therefore best be described as a 'daydream state'.

It is a very relaxing state to be in, where one is not asleep but very much in control, able to hear things going around oneself, and to remember everything that is being said.

   
    
    

Hypnosis is a consent state, for it to be succcessful you must:

  •  Want it to happen
   
  •  Expect it to happen
   
  •  Allow it to happen
